Well, here I am in the South — where everyone is friendly and life runs at a slightly slower pace. On the agenda today was a morning walk through the neighborhood, an afternoon Easter egg hunt, and dinner from Mr. Barbecue. Our selections for tonight were the chopped pork barbecue, cole slaw, potato salad, baked beans, and — for $1 — two containers of dip (otherwise known as sauce). We put the pork on Kaiser rolls and drenched the sandwiches in the dip — so tasty. The potato salad was a real highlight as well — surprisingly sweet and very creamy. I realize the food in the image below may not look super appetizing, so just trust me on this one.
