I think my first experience with soba noodles was a success. I found this package of buckwheat soba noodles for a dollar at the trusty Ocean State Job Lot, and the first recipe that popped up in my Google search was a winner. I had all the ingredients on hand (always a big plus) and it was the perfect use for the remaining snow peas in my refrigerator. I also added a few carrots (I can never have too many carrots in my life), and the result was a most delicious meal.
